9th Aquaculture Workshop, 14 – 17 February 2024

• Participants who have already made their reservations by making their payments at the Main Hotel will continue their reservations by converting their paid Turkish Lira balances into Euros. They will make their current reservations at the current Bank sales rate on the day they make the call.
• On the date of making the reservation, the participants will transfer the price difference over the current prices to the EURO account specified in the Agency Information section, in exchange for the Euro amount given to the participants by the Agency. For participants who do not make their payments on the same day, their Turkish Lira balances will be updated according to the exchange rate of the day they made the payment.
• The travel expenses of our public participants will be covered by the Central Union. Travel allowance fees have been fixed and are determined as 140 Euros per person for this year. Payments will be made in Euro to the Agency account specified below.
• Since we have a limited number of rooms and we do not want anyone to suffer, our participants are preferred to choose double rooms as much as possible. Since the per diems of our participants coming from Provincial Directorates will be paid by our Central Union, participants who want to stay alone will pay a difference of 270 Euros in addition to the per diem amount of 140 Euros, and must pay a total of 410 Euros. 
• If the rooms are sold out as of the date of the announcement, the participant will be able to choose a hotel based on the hotel pricing for the period near the main hotel of the company organizing the organization, and will also be able to participate in the organization by paying the external participant fee.  
• The external participant fee is 80 Euros per person between 09.00 – 18.00. Guests who do not leave the Hotel by 18:00 will be charged an additional 40 Euros in addition to the 80 Euro fee, and they must leave the Hotel by 23:00.
• 1 child aged 0-6 is free of charge. 2. If the child is 3 – 6 years old, 50% of the price will be applied. Valid for two adults staying in the same room.
• The prices stated above are package prices. If the participant’s stay is less than 3 nights, the package price will be valid.
• You can access the Participant Form electronically at www.suymerbir.org.tr, and when they fill out their application online, this form will automatically be sent to the company organizing the organization. Participants who fill out the participant form electronically do not need to send the participant form in Word format again. Participants must complete the reservation process by completing the form, making the payment, and contacting the company whose information is given below, on the same day.
• Reservations are limited and payments will be deposited to the Bank Account Number specified below on the day the guests notify their participation, and payment by credit card will not be accepted. When making payment, the names of the people who will be staying must be written in the statement of the receipt.
• When transferring the deposited amounts to foreign currency, the above-mentioned amounts must be transferred in full to the Agency account. Missingly deposited amounts will be requested by the Agency.

The reservation process will not be made for participants who do not make their payment. Since there are a limited number of rooms, guests who will participate are kindly requested to declare their participation by making their payment on the day they fill out the participant form. Since room reservations will be kept open from the announcement date, it is important for participants to submit their requests before the last day in order to be able to obtain a room.
